Members of the New Jersey National Guard and U.S. Army join non-commissioned officers of the Cypriot National Guard from all branches of service for a photo July 25, 2025 during the Cypriots’ inaugural NCO Basic Leadership Course, hosted by the Cypriot Artillery Command in Mosfiloti, Republic of Cyprus, July 21-August 1, 2025. The 10 academic-day course featured peer-led leadership instruction and support from the New Jersey National Guard through the State Partnership Program.
