Christodoulos Christodoulou, inaugural Non-commissioned Officer Basic Leadership Course instructor, during the inaugural NCO Basic Leadership Course July 23, 2025, hosted by the Cypriot Artillery Command in Mosfiloti, Republic of Cyprus, July 21-August 1, 2025. The new 10 academic-day course featured peer-led leadership instruction and support from the New Jersey National Guard through the State Partnership Program.
